But the truth is, conflict is not good or bad, right or wrong, it just is.
How, we handle conflict, is what makes the difference.
Since we spend most of our waking hours with people, conflict is a natural part of life.
It can be seen as an opportunity to build relationships, not tear them down.
Conflict can bring about change that helps us learn and grow.
There are two parts to resolving conflicts.
One, The way people behave toward each other.
Two, The way people go about solving their problems.
